Saturday I was hungry and I couldn’t think of where to eat, so I thought to myself where can I go to get a bite to eat and enjoy a great atmosphere. I decided on Cheesecake Factory, I decided to order the Mahi-Mahi with mashed potatoes and green beans. The sides were amazing; the fish was very soft and flaky like Mahi-Mahi is suppose to be. The grilled portion of it, to me, was a bit bland. I always enjoy the food when I go to Cheesecake Factory, but the fish could have been better in this case. I will continue to enjoy my time eating there, but this particular pick of fish wasn’t the best I have had. Overall the fish wasn’t enough to keep me away, due to the extremely good service and promptness of the servers who work at Cheesecake Factory.

When thinking about a place to write our first article on, many restaurants came to mind. Having my usual craving of sushi, I stumbled on a restaurant called HIRO Japanese restaurant. They were open until 3:30am! They are a sushi restaurant that stays open till 3:30AM every night. Apart from having some amazing food, they also have a full liquor bar. Sushi with a drink sounds like a perfect combination to me. When deciding on an appetizer, I decided to try their “Tuna Tataki” (sliced seared tuna served with ponzu sauce). What a great choice that was. I then decided on a nice “Kimchee seafood soup”, which is a bit spicy but it opens your taste buds to get you ready for the main course. I ordered the “Volcano Roll” (minced mix seafood with mayo, cream cheese roll topped with sliced avocado and cooked crab) talk about an end to a perfect dinner.
